SHIPPING All Dave Smith Decoys are bagged in poly storage bags for shipping and pick up orders. Shipped orders will be boxed. Pick up orders will NOT be boxed UNLESS otherwise specified. U.S. orders within the lower 48 are shipped by UPS Ground. All other orders are shipped by US Postal Service. Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery on domestic orders. Please call for all other delivery times. RETURN POLICY We have a 30-day return policy on all merchandise purchased directly and product must be resale able. For dealer purchases please refer to specific dealer terms. At DSD we stand behind the quality of our products 100%. In the case of a potential defect on a direct purchase please send the product back to us for inspection (direct purchase only). If the product is determined defective we will replace it and refund your shipping costs. For dealer purchases please follow dealer procedures.
