We have a 30-day return policy on all merchandise purchased directly and product must be resaleable.

If you have purchased one of our decoys from one of our dealers, please refer to specific dealer terms.

Shipping Returns

In the case of a potential defect on a direct purchase please send the product(s) to:

If the product is determined defective we will replace it and refund your shipping costs. All returned decoys must be accompanied by a return address.

Shipping Policy

All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Pre-order or out of stock items will have an estimated ship date and a notification that the item is out of stock. These items will ship within 2-3 business days of being in stock. If an order is made on an item that is not available that was not marked out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and allow you to decide if you would still like the item at a later date.

Domestic Shipping

Our flat rate shipping price and options vary depending on product and box size. We utilize both UPS Ground and USPS Standard Shipping options to save you as much money as possible. Shipping times will vary depending on method, but typically range between 3-10 days. Expedited shipping methods that are selected at checkout will match the time frame estimate of those guaranteed shipping methods.

International Shipping

Because domestic shipping options vary widely we only offer estimated time frames on a per case basis. 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping delays occasionally occur. Dave Smith Decoys is not responsible for delays caused by shipping service. 

Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Dave Smith Decoys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Dave Smith Decoys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
